How to reformat & update the terminal SD Card

First, you need to remove the terminal SD Card.
Step 1 - Open the terminal back cover.
Step 2 - Look for the SD Card slot. Gently press to remove the card. Refer to picture below.

After remove the SD Card from the terminal, you need to FORMAT the SD Card.
Step 3 - Depending on your PC or Laptop, you may need SD Card Adapter. Please check your laptop or PC SD Card slot. Refer to the picture below.

Step 4 - Insert the SD Card to your laptop or PC SD Card slot.
Step 5 - A pop up window will appear. Click "X" to close the small window.

Step 6 - Then, look for the SD Card folder or name in the Computer/Desktop list.
Step 7 - Move the cursor to the SD Card folder and right click. Please ensure to right click on the correct SD Card folder name.

Step 8 - Select Copy. This is to backup the file in the SD Card to another folder.
Step 9 - Go to Document. Right click on the Document folder name. Then, select Paste.
Step 10 - Check in the Document folder that the SD Card files have been backup.

Step 11 - After confirmed the files have been back up in the Document folder, go to the SD Card folder again. Right click on the SD Card folder name. On the pop up window, click on Format.

Right Click on the SD Card folder. Then, click Format.

WARNING! Read the header to ensure you get the right SD Card drive. If not, an incorrect drive or directory will be formatted.
Step 12 - Then, click Start. System will start formatting.


Ensure header name is the same as per SD Card name folder. Then, click Start.
 
Step 13 - After formatting the SD Card, please insert the SD Card back to the terminal slot. Place and screw back the terminal back cover.
Step 14 - Then, turn on the terminal.
Step 15 - Connect the terminal to Wifi Network. Click here for details.
Step 16 - Once connected, on the main menu, press Update
Step 17 - Enter 113140
Step 18 - Press F1
Step 19 - Select Product -->Stand Alone --> Dedicated --> press Enter

Step 20 - Perform Reload Menu. Click here for details.
Step 21 - Perform Update Files --> Override. Click here for details.
